On Sunday 13th June 2027, the King’s Birthday long weekend, the  fourth Mildura Riverfront Marathon Running Festival will be held in Mildura Victoria after very successful 2024, 2025 and 2026 events, with 750 participants taking part in 2026.

Race Director, Brian Haddy of Marathon Adventures also organizes marathon festivals in Dimboola (www.dimbooladash.au), Broken Hill (www.madmaxmarathon.com.au) and Horsham (www.horshamrunning festival.com.au) each year.

The aim of the Mildura event is to attract runners from all over Australia to this unique tourist town on the banks of the River Murray;
and to encourage more local children and adults to get into the running ‘habit’.
